Provider Management

Digital Notation Provider Management helps businesses manage providers holistically, resulting in improved service delivery, enhanced efficiency, and sustainable outcomes for businesses. Digital Notation Provider Management provides an onboarding processes, common repository of information, reusable business services, and enhanced accessibility for caseworkers and external providers.

Pre-Project Consultation

A provider enquiry can be the first step towards enrolling them with your organisation. You may receive an enquiry from a vendor who is interested in delivering services on your behalf. Before you hire a provider, we provide feedback on your project, budget and plan. We will help you set up a responsible budget that will create a broad plan, building a proposal within that budget.

Enrolling Providers

We carry out provider enrolment by registering the provider with our client. In this process, we capture certain necessary information such as name of the provider, their address, their preferred language, and their preferred communication and payment method. We also capture the organisation’s approach (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall or a combination), methodology, process, ways of operation, provider locations, staff, services delivered and accreditations achieved.

Approving Providers

We have a provider approving process in place that include observation, RFP, RFQ and our default-automated processes. This is to ensure that a provider is fit to provide services to our clients.

Suspending Providers/ Closing Providers

We have a business rule, policy, and logic in place for suspending or closing a provider. Suspension includes not having the provider’s services required in the future. A closure includes the end of a project, or either party might choose to cease delivering services to our client for some reason.

Reopening Provider

Our client can decide to reopen a contract with a particular provider when their service is again required. Such provider will have to undergo the approval and onboarding process in place.
